Ride Route

This year Angels on Wheels has a beautiful ride through the hill country with some nice stops along the way including dining at the famous Blue Bonnet Café in Marble Falls. General directions of the route are below, or you can view route on a map.

From Dell Children's Hospital parking lot: Left on Mueller
Right – 51st
Left – Springdale
Right – 290 (Note: this intersection is not clearly marked)
Left – 973
Left - 1660
Left then Right at 79 and 1660 to stay on 1660
Right – inner Loop (Georgetown)
Left – access Road (I-35)
STOP 1 – Hog Alley (48 miles total to this point)

From Hog Alley
Right – 1431 (Exit 256)
Fuel Stop – Lago Vista (75 miles into route at this point)
Continue on 1431
Left – 281 (Marble Falls) – 102 miles into route
STOP 2 – Blue Bonnet Café

Left – 962 (11 miles from Blue Bonnet – watch for turn)

NOTE: there is a fuel stop for those with small tanks just south of this turn. There is no more gas until HWY 71.
BE CAREFUL and heed signs on this last leg.

Left – 962 (Hamilton Pool Rd and turns into FM 3238) toward Bee Caves (road splits so must watch for sign) (121 Miles on route at this point)
